Product Overview

• Jianmeng vertical & Laser combo machine, with a groove cutting speed of up to 120 m/min and a repeatability accuracy of ± 0.02 mm, is compatible with various plates such as stainless steel and aluminum alloy.
• Hydraulic automatic clamping system, 21 inch industrial touch screen with one click programming, assists in efficient and precise pre bending processing.

Vertical Structure

• The Jianmeng GSUM vertical grooving machine adopts a frame structure and a low-alloy, high-strength structural steel worktable.
• The integrated bottom film is formed in one go and can be processed on the mirror plate without leaving any marks.
• The whole machine is tempered in an electric furnace to eliminate welding stress, and is clamped and formed in one go through an imported CNC machining center to ensure that each installation surface is parallel and perpendicular.
• Sandblasting treatment to ensure coating quality.
• During operation, the knife holder remains stationary, and the board is driven to move by the feed. The groove depth, groove distance, and laser position are precisely controlled, resulting in excellent overall rigidity, durability, and stability.

CNC System

• The Jianmeng Laser V grooving machine is equipped with an intelligent CNC system, which integrates intelligent functions such as automatic groove distance calculation, one click loop programming, visual graphic editing, and real-time bending simulation.
• Simultaneously supporting the knife holder laser device, it can seamlessly switch between mechanical grooving and laser mode, customize laser power, speed, and path, and meet the needs of laser marking and composite cutting.
• This system reduces tooling switching and manual intervention, enhances multi process integration capabilities, and assists in high-precision, efficient, and stable intelligent sheet metal processing.

Groove Planing + Laser

• The Jianmeng vertical laser composite grooving machine adopts a dual blade holder design to achieve back and forth grooving, fully utilizing the return power.
• Each knife holder is equipped with three knives, evenly dividing and reducing workpiece deformation.
• Integrated laser device, supporting groove planing, plate cutting, and laser cutting in one, one-time clamping without secondary positioning, precise and efficient.

Workbench Surface

• The Jianmeng GSUM laser composite grooving machine adopts a carbon tool steel worktable. After high-frequency quenching, the hardness reaches 55-60HRC, which is much higher than stainless steel, effectively preventing scratches and deformation.
• Ensures the flatness of the worktable is ≤± 0.03mm, improving V-groove accuracy and extending equipment life.
• Equipped with dense pressure feet and hydraulic system, the clamping force is stable and reliable.

High Precision Transmission

• The Jianmeng Laser combined V-Groove machine is equipped with a full servo motor and planetary gearbox, which provides high torque, high precision, low energy consumption, and rapid response.
• The crossbeam transmission adopts a double guide rail structure of grinding helical gears and high-precision helical racks, with variable frequency speed regulation, smooth and efficient, achieving high-speed chip feed and stable processing, and meeting various processing cycle requirements, significantly improving production efficiency.
