Efficient and non-destructive screw cleaning
PRO-COOL is engineered to deliver high-performance cleaning for extrusion screws used in plastics processing. The non‑destructive method removes stubborn material buildup while preserving the original geometry, hardness and dimensional accuracy of the screw. Compared with flame treatment, incineration or manual brushing, it prevents high‑temperature damage, deformation, oxidation and loss of hardness, helping extend component service life and stabilise extrusion performance.

Wide compatibility for extrusion components
The machine's universal cleaning structure accepts a range of screw diameters and extrusion accessories. In addition to single- and twin‑screw extruder screws, the system cleans die plates, breaker plates, shafts, nozzles, mandrels and other extruder tooling.
