The PRO-PRO-EASY D30/150 Screw Dismantling Machine is an industrial solution for controlled removal of extruder screw elements and shafts. The patented universal clamping system accommodates screw diameters from Ø30 to Ø150 mm and eliminates frequent change of dedicated fixtures, improving workshop flexibility and reducing setup time.

Designed for maintenance, repair and material changeovers, the machine combines hydraulic clamping, controlled heating and auxiliary supports to handle bonded, extra-long or high-value screw assemblies with minimal manual intervention.

Key Functional Description
The hydraulic control provides adjustable clamping and dismantling force to extract screw elements while limiting shaft deformation and surface damage. An aluminum-alloy collet protects mating surfaces. The system includes an auxiliary dismantling unit and support frame for extra-long or heavily bonded shafts to reduce downtime.

Dismantling Completed
Operation follows a controlled sequence to protect screws and shafts. After extraction, components must be placed according to workshop procedures (for example on pallets) and allowed to cool before further handling.
