Product Description
The 5-layer, 10 m continuous mesh-belt dryer is designed for controlled drying of sticks, flakes, granules and similar snack and food products. The unit features adjustable belt speed, inverter-controlled drying time, and selectable heating sources (electric infrared tubes, gas, oil or steam with branded burners such as Baltur). Construction is in stainless steel 304. The machine is composed of a drying system, heating system, control system and dehumidification system.

Application Display
Used for moisture removal, grain and ingredient drying, and extending shelf life of food products. Frequency-conversion control allows fine adjustment of drying speed; temperature and residence time are adjustable to meet product-specific drying profiles. Suitable for non-fried puffed snacks, powdered ingredients, breadcrumbs, pet food and protein-rich tissues where uniform drying is required.
