The Cross Circulation Dryer CCD-200 is a continuous industrial dryer engineered for pet food, compound feed, pelleted products and puffed snacks. It combines a material distribution system, hot-air cross circulation and a negative-pressure dehumidification unit with chain-plate conveyors to deliver uniform, low-temperature drying while minimising product damage and agglomeration.

• Material distribution: sealed hopper and swing distributor for even loading onto chain-plate conveyors; venting and buffering to reduce particle breakage.
• Hot-air circulation: multiple heat exchangers and circulation fans using two-way cross-flow to accelerate moisture removal.
