Product Description
The eight-layer vibrating dryer is a cost-effective pre-dryer designed for high‑moisture, dense extruded products. It features low energy consumption, large air volume with forced circulation, uniform drying through vibration conveying, and a compact combined structure that is easy to install and transport.

Application Display
Installed in the drying stage of bulk and granular extruded production lines, this dryer performs dehydration for pellet snacks and artificial rice. Pellet snacks are produced by extrusion of mixed grains, starches and flavors into shaped snacks. Artificial rice is manufactured as a fortified rice substitute enriched with vitamins and proteins to supplement dietary intake.
