Product Description
The solid block material measuring and packaging machine is automated equipment designed for measuring and packaging solid block materials. It performs bag loading, date printing, bag opening detection, measuring, filling, sealing and finished-product transfer automatically. Intelligent bag-open detection prevents material addition when a bag is closed or partially open, reducing wasted bags and product. Two model options are available: GQ-8-200 and GQ-100, selectable according to product characteristics and production requirements.

Suitable for packaging a wide range of solid block materials including food items (candies, puffed snacks, nuts, dried fruit, chocolate, biscuits, oatmeal), chemical granules (fertilizer, plastic or pigment granules), pharmaceutical solids (capsules, tablets, granules), building materials (sand, gravel particles, cement block materials), household products (washing powder, detergents) and animal feed (pellets, feed additives). Note: machine may require adjustment or customization according to product shape, size, weight and packaging specification.
