CHY-CA is a highly precise thickness tester with mechanical contact method, which can be used to measure the thickness of films, sheeting, paper, corrugated paperboard, textiles, non-woven fabrics, and solid insulation materials, etc.

Product Features

• Strictly follow the standard design of the contact area and measurement pressure, and support various non-standard customization;
• The measuring head automatically rises and falls during the test, effectively avoiding system errors caused by the manual operation;
• Two test modes, automatic and manual, which is convenient for users to choose freely;
• Optional autosampler supports and the relevant parameters setting such as sampling step, number of measurement points and sampling speed;
• Real-time display of analysis data such as the maximum, minimum, average, and standard deviation
