Description

Product overview
The Winner2309C is an intelligent, fully automated laser particle size analyzer with modular wet and dry dispersion systems. Based on Mie and Fraunhofer scattering, it uses a high-sensitivity photoelectric detector and an imported Canon lens optical path to ensure measurement accuracy and repeatability. Typical users include research institutes, university laboratories, R&D centers and quality control laboratories. Measurement range: Wet 0.01–2000 μm; Dry 0.1–2000 μm.

Advantages
  • Automatic optical path alignment with a four-phase hybrid stepper motor enabling micron-level positioning for stable, repeatable measurements.
  • Modular wet and dry dispersion units allow flexible configuration according to sample properties.
  • Automatic dispersion and shortened circulation path reduce particle settling, improve dispersion uniformity and lower maintenance.
  • High resolution below 2 μm with unconstrained free fitting software that identifies multi-modal particle populations.
  • Patented inverse Fourier (folded) optical path extends measurement angle range and improves resolution; sealed optical path provides dust protection.

Application
Suitable for solids, powders, suspensions and emulsions across industries: chemicals, magnetic materials, pharmaceuticals, cement, coatings, food, pesticides, nuclear industry, electronics, battery materials, paper, metallurgy, ceramics, building materials, cosmetics, abrasives, metal and non-metal powders, calcium carbonate, talc, kaolin, aluminum oxide, rare earths, cemented carbide, catalysts, foaming agents, refractory materials, fillers, graphite, pigments, etc.
