The JJFLT abrasion performance tester is mainly an instrument for testing the abrasion performance of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. It is also a necessary testing instrument for factory inspection of such resin product manufacturers, entry inspection of processing enterprises and product comparison test. Standard GB/T 21461.2 ISO 15527 Features 1. Same speed in different stations The instrument is equipped with 6 experimental stations, and one experiment can do 6 samples at the same time. The connection of each station is driven by a synchronous belt, and there is no deviation from the speed of the spindle motor to ensure the consistency of its speed, which greatly improves the comparability of the sample results. 2. Automatic lifting system, high test efficiency and safety The instrument uses a single capacitor motor to lift and lower the sample rotation system with a chain structure, and can stop at any position during the stroke, which is convenient for observing the installation and status of the sample. Both ends of the lifting system are equipped with double limit positions. Once the first limit position fails, the second limit position is directly triggered to make the instrument in a power-off state. The safety of the instrument is further guaranteed. 3. Design of internal immersion abrasion test cup During the test, the lid of the test cup is directly pressed into the annular groove of the test cup to prevent the slurry in the cup from overflowing when the sample is rotated. There are three springs on the upper end of the test cup cover to press the cup cover to make the connection between the cup cover and the cup body more firm.
