JOEST® lifting/tipping equipment of the MD series are designed as 2-stand equipment. Generous dimensions in the construction method offer high power reserves, safety and longevity. The stable construction is suitable for applications with both low and large tipping heights. The JOEST tipping kinematics stands for low drop heights and is thus characterized by a particularly product-friendly tipping behavior.
The robust design can achieve tipping heights of 1,200 mm to 12,000 mm with load-bearing capacity of up to 3000 kg. If additional functions are required, these can also be implemented by means of various options. The high degree of flexibility in the container feed enables energy-saving and ergonomically designed handling. Regardless of whether the product is to be loaded using an electrical lifting truck, forklift or manually, the container holder is designed and manufactured according to your desired feeding method.
The advantages of the MD series include not only the reduction in energy expenditure, but also the time savings which an automatic tipping process provides. Various optional equipment help to optimize the tipping process and to provide the bulk material as best as possible for the subsequent process. Thus, a sealing cap can be used in the load-handling equipment for a noise-reducing part-discharge. Different linings of the load-handling equipment are available, these provide additional wear protection, serve the noise insulation or contribute to an optimized material discharge. In combination with conveyor systems an automatic feed and return of the containers is made possible.
