Engineered for ultra-high-volume production, its fully enclosed cantilever (balcony) structure supports cGMP compliance, simplifies daily cleaning and reduces operational noise while ensuring operator safety.

Built to serve as the central cartoner in a one-frame high-speed blister packaging line, the ZH500 combines top-line throughput with format flexibility. A rear-positioned inserting mechanism improves operator ergonomics. Optional modules include automated carton feeding and recipe-driven servo positioning for rapid, low-effort changeovers.
