Air to Air Heat Exchanger Air-to-air heat exchangers are designed both as simple cross-flow heat exchangers and as cross-counterflow heat exchangers with deflector bonnets. Stainless steel is used as the material so that water condensation is not critical. To provide a process and cost efficient solution, we can combine bonded and welded solutions as well as stainless and carbon steel materials. We have solutions for a wide range of air flow rates and temperatures - we have experience with temperatures up to 1000°C.
