Description

The tenderizer is designed for the maceration and controlled tearing of any product to be processed, in order to achieve a better absorption of the brine, an increase in the surface area of the muscle and, consequently, an improvement in the texture of the meat and a more uniform final product, meeting the requirements of high productivity, reliability and product quality. Configuration OPTIONS: - 2-axis tenderizer. - 4-axis tenderizer, in order to save a second pass. - Horizontal tenderizer, where the product infeed and outfeed are in the horizontal plane. - Variable speed. - Automatic regulation of the rollers.
