Description

Overview
The Konica Minolta CM-17d and CM-16d spectrophotometers are vertical portable color measurement instruments designed for a wide range of applications, including plastics, consumer electronics, paints and coatings, personal care products, automotive interior, packaging, building materials and more. They succeed the CM-700d and CM-600d models and offer improved accuracy, repeatability, faster measurement speed and enhanced usability.

Key Features
  • High inter-instrument agreement and high repeatability for consistent color communication across the supply chain.
  • Fast measurement speed: approx. 0.7 s (SCI or SCE).
  • Various measuring apertures for different sample sizes, including shaped or curved surfaces; MAV and SAV options.
  • Camera viewfinder (live preview) available on CM-17d for easy measurement positioning.
  • Optional wireless LAN/Bluetooth module for data transfer and connectivity.
  • Screw/tripod hole at the front for mounting custom adapters, jigs or robotic arms; optional adapter/jig available for upside-down measurements.
  • New cradle for CM-17d enabling zero calibration and charging; dedicated compartment for storing the white calibration cap.
  • Supported software: Configuration Tool CM-CT1 for setup/standardization; optional SpectraMagic NX2 (advanced color formulas, custom illuminants, QC templates, tagging, etc.).
  • Wavelength Analysis & Adjustment (WAA) function for routine performance checks and wavelength shift correction.

Trusted by Industry
Used for color quality control and analysis across multiple industries requiring accurate color measurement and reliable inter-instrument agreement.
