The D810 is part of the D series vises, manufactured by Kurt. It is a manual vise with a dimension of 8". Kurt’s D810 vise is designed with a huge 10" jaw opening and a clamping force of up to 11,600 lbs. The top down, four-bolt structure on the stationary jaw minimizes vise deflection down to 25%. High-quality performance outputs are done while permitting complete disassembly of the vise without removing the body from the machine table. Particular brush seals shield and secure vise screw threads against machined chips and residue. The nut of the unit is short, disabling it from protrude past the end of the vise body.
