Sterilization, cleaning and valves
Automatic online high-pressure steam sterilization with angle seat and diaphragm steam valves, imported steam trap; sterilization temperature design 100–145 °C; 4-way steam sterilization: jacket, tank, valve, filter. Optional CIP system: closed-circuit circulation, in-situ cleaning of tanks/pipes/valves without disassembly; automatic temperature control and remote water replenishment.

Safety & sanitation
Integrated tank bottom valve design eliminates dead spots, supports online steam sterilization, reduces contamination risk. Exhaust gas condenser and multi-stage filtration (0.2 μm coarse, 0.01 μm fine, PTFE) available. Tank pressure sensor with PID-controlled proportional valve for precise pressure regulation.

Key construction & mechanical design
Stainless steel inner tank (AISI 316L / AISI 304L), jacket AISI 304L; manufacturing standard ASME BPE-2019 and PED welding standards; surface polish in contact with material Ra ≤ 0.4. Modular impeller options: inclined blade, spiral, paddle, turbine, propeller. Stirring drive: Panasonic servo or SEW geared motor with PID speed control.
