Introduction
CCD image automatic measuring system combines dedicated measurement software with a microhardness tester to automate indent observation and hardness calculation. The operator completes testing via keyboard and mouse, reducing visual fatigue and manual measurement errors. A CCD camera captures indentations and the software measures them directly on‑screen; test conditions and results are displayed clearly for efficient control.
