Description

Insert style restrictor check valves are comprised of a precision flow orifice in series with a check valve, combined into a single component. Our insert style valves are designed for easy installation into metal housings using our field-proven locking end, which provides retention and a leak-tight seal without using threads, O-rings, or custom in-house designs. Their stainless steel construction and high-quality metal-to-metal seat provide low leakage, long life, and highly repeatable cracking pressures. Meanwhile, each component is 100% flow tested for guaranteed flow performance. Our standard model is 5.5 mm in diameter and is available in a variety of Lohm rates as well as in both forward and reverse configurations. Screened models are also available. IMH Restrictor Check Valves are, functionally, an orifice in series with a check valve, all in one 5.5mm diameter, cartridge-style package. These valves are threadless and designed for installation into metal manifolds, They utilize The Lee Companies field-proven insert principle that provides secure retention without the need for threads, O-rings or sealants. The valves are all stainless steel construction with a high-quality metal to metal seat providing low leakage, highly repeatable cracking pressures and long life. All valves are 100% flow tested for consistent batch to batch performance.
