Description
Overview
Adhesive-free industrial tag made of three-layer Kraft / PET film / Kraft laminate for part identification in steelmaking and surface treatment. Three models by thickness and heat resistance for exposures of around 10 minutes: 842 (180 µm, up to 200 °C), 800 (210 µm, up to 320 °C) and 874 (240 µm, up to 350 °C).
What makes it different
It withstands both furnace temperature and 25-30% hydrochloric acid from pickling and galvanising baths, where conventional adhesive labels char or dissolve. Cross-direction tensile strength above 230 MPa.
Key properties
Mechanical fixing: wire, clip, bolt or hook (no adhesive)
Printing: thermal transfer (wax-resin or resin ribbon) and laser
Formats: rolls up to 1,000 mm wide, fanfold or tags made to size
Typical applications
• Identification of parts and profiles in steelworks and rolling mills
