Description

Overview
LoeschPack system solutions installed at Ceremony Gida package stick gum and tab gum across multiple flavours and pack variants. The customised, coordinated packaging lines enable high-speed, fully automated primary and secondary packaging workflows for chewing gum production.

Short and sweet
  • Six fully automated packaging lines
  • G‑series fold‑wrapping machines for primary packaging
  • F‑series flow‑wrapping machines
  • LCM and LRM series for overwrapping and multi‑pack solutions
  • CMC high‑performance display cartoner

Chewing gum from Turkey
Ceremony Gida's production site in Nizip (Southern Anatolia) covers around 13,000 m² and manufactures stick and mini‑stick chewing gum under the "7 Stick" brand. Products are produced in up to 14 flavours and packaged in different sizes depending on market requirements.

Flavours and pack sizes
  • Example flavours: strawberry, banana, watermelon, peppermint, grape (among others)
  • Package sizes: from 5 to 18 sticks depending on market and region

75 tonnes of chewing gum per day
Ceremony Gida exports worldwide and targets a production capacity of 75 tonnes per day for stick and tab gum. Since 2013 the company also produces gum without artificial flavours, investing in modern processing and packaging technologies.

Packaging equipment Made in Germany
Six latest‑generation, fully automatic machines are installed in combinations tailored to the process: G‑series at the line infeed for primary fold wrapping, various L and F series machines for intermediate packaging steps (stacking, banding, three‑side‑seal packs), and high‑performance CMC cartoners for display cartons at line discharge.

Inserted manually, packaged automatically
The production process uses rolling and scoring; gum slabs are buffered for roughly one week to develop texture. Slabs are fed manually at the machines and the LOGIMP feeding system conveys broken slabs into the fully automatic packaging sequence, providing flexibility in formats and higher throughput.

Partnership
The cooperation between LoeschPack technicians and Ceremony Gida engineers focuses on close technical coordination and continuous development of the machine concept to support capacity growth and market expansion. The company site totals 40,000 m², with approx. 27,000 m² available for future expansion.

Selected customer statements
"All the lines package over 2,000 individual products per minute - this puts us at the top of the high‑performance segment." — Mahmut Tören, CEO at Ceremony Gida
