Thermally Conductive — DuploCOLL® TCDuploCOLL TC acrylic transfer tapes offer thermal conductivity (up to 2 W/mK) to enable efficient heat transfer between electronic components. They are free of silicones, halogens and solvents, provide immediate adhesion to irregular surfaces and realize excellent surface wetting. The tapes compensate component tolerances and can seal against dust or moisture. The thermally conductive portfolio meets flame-retardant requirements according to UL 94. In short-term use the tapes are heat resistant up to 180°C. They also offer high electrical insulation properties with breakdown voltage up to 26 kV/mm. All thermally conductive tapes are available as rolls or customized die-cuts in standard thicknesses from 140 μm to 2 mm. Different colors are available to support optical detection in automated processes.
Electrically Conductive — DuploCOLL EC®DuploCOLL EC tapes use metallized fabric or foam carriers with an electrically conductive acrylic adhesive on one or both sides; a 50 μm transfer tape with conductive adhesive is also part of the portfolio. These solutions are used for low-current electrical interconnections, connections of conductive materials, EMI shielding and grounding, reducing the need for additional connecting wires. Fabric and foam solutions are isotropically conductive in X, Y and Z axes and provide excellent shielding performance in the relevant frequency ranges (supporting 5G applications). Electrically conductive foam tapes are compressible to compensate tolerances between components while providing permanent contact for grounding. All EC tapes are available as rolls or customized die-cuts.
Electrically Insulating — DuploCOLL® ISDuploCOLL IS adhesive tapes are an extensive portfolio of electrically insulating foam and filmic tapes. When combined with foam, the laminates provide damping and sealing properties to protect sensitive components (e.g., printed circuit boards or flexible busbars). Thanks to isotropic insulating properties, these bonding solutions protect against dielectric breakdown and enable safe battery operation. The range offers excellent temperature resistance for use as a heat barrier in final applications or during production. All IS tapes are available as rolls or individual die-cuts.
Antistatic — DuploCOLL® ASDuploCOLL AS single-sided adhesive films protect TFT and LCD modules and optically bonded touch displays against dust, scratches and electrostatic discharge thanks to an antistatic film carrier and adhesive. They provide excellent temperature and humidity resistance and allow clean removal after extended bonding. Antistatic tapes support reliable operation of touch sensors and other sensitive electronics in demanding interior environments.
