DuploCOLL® IS adhesive tapes are a portfolio of electrically insulating foam and filmic tapes. Foam-based laminates provide damping and sealing properties to protect sensitive components such as printed electronics or flexible busbars over the lifetime of a battery or electronic device. Their isotropic insulation properties reduce the risk of dielectric breakdown and support safe battery operation. The tapes offer strong temperature resistance and can act as a heat barrier in final applications (e.g. lithium‑ion batteries) or during manufacturing. All products are available as rolls or as custom die-cuts.

Thermally conductive — DuploCOLL® TC
DuploCOLL® TC acrylic transfer tapes provide thermal conductivities up to 2 W/mK for efficient heat transfer between electronic components. Silicone-, halogen- and solvent-free. Immediate adhesion even on irregular surfaces, balanced component tolerances, and protection against dust and moisture. The TC portfolio meets UL 94 flammability requirements. Short-term heat resistance up to 180 °C. High electrical insulation values with dielectric strength up to 26 kV/mm. Available as rolls or custom die-cuts in standard thicknesses from 140 µm to 2 mm. Multiple colors available for improved detection by cameras or optical sensors.

Electrically conductive — DuploCOLL® EC
DuploCOLL® EC tapes use metallized fabric or foam carriers with one- or two-sided electrically conductive acrylic adhesives; a 50 µm transfer tape with conductive acrylic adhesive is also available. Typical applications include low-current electrical connections, joining conductive materials, EMI shielding and grounding. Fabric and foam solutions are isotropically conductive in X, Y and Z axes and provide effective shielding across approximately 450 MHz to 3.8 GHz (5G). Conductive foam tapes are compressible to compensate tolerances between components and provide a permanent grounding function under continuous contact. All EC tapes are offered as rolls or custom die-cuts.

Electrically insulating — DuploCOLL® IS
DuploCOLL® IS includes electrically insulating foam and film adhesive tapes. Foam laminates deliver damping and sealing functions to protect sensitive components (e.g. printed electronics or flexible busbars) during the lifetime of a battery or electronic system. The isotropic insulating properties protect against dielectric breakdown and enable safe battery operation. Excellent temperature resistance makes these tapes suitable as heat barriers in both final applications and production processes. Available as rolls or individual die-cuts.

Antistatic — DuploCOLL® AS
One-sided adhesive DuploCOLL® AS films protect TFT/LCD modules and optically bonded touch displays from dust, scratches and electrostatic discharge using an antistatic film carrier and adhesive. Good temperature and humidity resistance; may be cleanly removed after extended adhesion. Optimized for in‑vehicle electronics, touch sensors and other automotive electronic modules.
