The circular shearing beading machine, model M3 / 1600 is the result of many years experience in designing and manufacturing disk shearing-beading machines: the machine automatically cuts the disk, beads and re-beads the beaded disk.<br><br>The company’s objective was to provide circular shearing machines for manufacturers of circular street signs, table tops made from sheet, tank bottoms and metal seal.<br> <br>Its features include:<br><br>high output with cutting speed up to 70 m per minute<br><br>hydraulically-controlled blade descent with slowing-down device for cutting in several revolutions motorised traverse of the beading head with positioning tolerance of ± 0.05 mm<br><br>beading roller controlled by a hydraulic axis for setting the height of the beaded band from the operator panel<br><br>machine entirely PLC-controlled<br><br>The machine can be supplied also for a 5 mm cutting capacity and with the cutting head arranged for internal cutting operations (for rings/beaded rings).<br>
