The KMA of m-tec is a small, lean and compact dry mortar plant solution in a horizontal design with an output of 1 – 10 t/h. KMA is the perfect answer when there is minimal space or small installation height. Often KMA is used to produce a limited range of special products. It can be also used as a pilot plant system. The basic version is operated semi-automatically. In subsequent steps, it is easily possible to automate dosing and weighing of the main components as well as bagging. In the maximum configuration, the well-proved FAD system from m-tec can also be used to automate additive dosing and weighing. All m-tec mixer series MS with tube discharger, ME with single door discharger and MR with double door discharger can be used on an optional basis. Last but not least KMA is suitable for difficult terrain because of the low level of compression strength required.
