Our range extends from small, compact horizontal mixing plants with a capacity of 1-10 t/h, to series mixing plants with a standard capacity of up to 50 t/h, and up to flexible high-performance mixing tower plants with a capacity of 5 to 100 t/h. The m-tec® KMA is a small, horizontal mixing plant designed for the production of dry mortar products. With a capacity of 1 to 10 tons per hour, it offers an ideal solution for confined spaces and low installation heights. It is particularly suitable for the production of specialty products and can also be used as a pilot plant. In its basic configuration, the KMA operates semi-automatically. Gradual automation of the dosing and weighing of the main components, as well as bagging, can be easily implemented. At its full expansion stage, the m-tec® FAD system enables fully automated dosing, weighing, and pneumatic feeding of additives into the mixer. The KMA can optionally be equipped with m-tec® batch mixers from the MR, ME, and MS series. The plant is also suitable for use under challenging ground conditions, such as areas with low compressive strength.
