Description

Innovative solutions for grouting works Turn to the MAI®400HD when you need a reliable, user-friendly grout pump for your construction or ground engineering project. The MAI®400HD grout pump is known for its robust design and user-friendly operation. Highly wear-resistant MAI®CODUR synthetic materials have been used in manufacturing, which also makes maintenance and speed cleaning simple and straightforward. Reliability is key to the reputation of the MAI®400HD thanks to patented elements of its design for water injection (Patent No: WO 2004/080676 A1 and Patent No: EP 1 768 771 B1). Innovative mixing technology and mixing blades guarantee a homogeneous mixing and processing quality for cement-based injections. Robust design for the toughest mining conditions Underground mining projects call for proven grouting machines that will perform in the most extreme conditions. The robust design of the MAI®400HD can cope with soil consolidation works, injecting grout in the soil in the roughest situations. Stainless steel components and hot-dip galvanised components guarantee a long service life for this grouting machine, as well as protection against damage. This is particularly true of the electrical components, which are certified for high protection class IP65 or NEMA4X.
