The MCV-400 is a multifunctional machine for cutting, profiling skirting boards and miter milling of building materials. It allows production of skirtings, mosaics, rectified tiles, step treads and similar items from standard panels and slabs in a flexible and clean process.

Applications

• Production of straight, beveled, micro-beveled and bullnose skirting boards
• Manufacture of simple and complete step treads, including anti-slip grooved versions
• Multi-blade cutting, pre-cuts and miter milling for skirtings and profiles

Standard versions

• MCV-400/1 — Single long-shaft motor for multi-blade cutting. Suited to pre-cuts and cuts of soft or thin materials and low-speed cutting.
• MCV-400/2 — Two long-shaft motors for multi-blade cutting. Suited to hard materials, greater thicknesses or high-speed cutting.
• MCV-400/i2 — Three-motor configuration: roughing plus two long-shaft motors. Suited to miter milling, pre-cuts, multi-blade cuts and skirting board milling for any thickness/hardness.
• MCV-400/i2RB — Five-motor configuration: roughing, long shafts, bottom bevel and micro-bevel. Suitable for pre-cuts, multi-blade cuts, mitres and skirting boards across all material thicknesses and hardnesses.
