MW-IOD0808 is an 8-channel DI and 8-channel DO industrial IoT IO module that supports the Modbus RTU protocol for efficient I/O status collection and control. It features 1 RS232/485 serial port, 8 DI input channels, and 8 DO output channels, with a wide-range DC9~36V power input. The Modbus RTU slave establishes seamless connections with Modbus RTU masters, allowing configuration of slave addresses, serial port parameters, I/O status management, device information retrieval, and advanced operations like online reboot, factory reset, and firmware upgrades. With included remote IO configuration software for easy debugging and management, this device is engineered with industrial-grade components, high-performance design, and 35mm DIN rail or wall-mount installation. It operates in extreme temperatures from -40℃ to +85℃, ensuring robust performance in harsh environments. Rigorous functional, thermal, and EMC testing make it ideal for applications in industrial automation, building automation, environmental monitoring, energy management, security systems, and IoT environments.
