Description

The MX5-IOD1616P-MT is a remote I/O module designed to simplify industrial automation tasks with PNP-type 16-channel DI and 16-channel DO capabilities. Supporting the Modbus TCP protocol, it efficiently collects and controls I/O status while ensuring stable communication performance. This device features 2*10/100Base-T(X) Ethernet ports, 16 DI input and 16 DO output interfaces, and a wide DC9~36V power input range. Constructed with industrial-grade components, the MX5-IOD1616P-MT boasts a rugged, aluminum alloy shell with high-standard heat dissipation and 35mm DIN rail mounting. Its robust design allows it to operate reliably in extreme temperatures from -40℃ to +75℃, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments. This remote I/O module integrates advanced network management functions, including support for Modbus TCP, watchdog, input filtering, DO control, restart hold, I/O status monitoring, network logs, DHCP client, user password management, and online system upgrades. Enhanced by a high-standard protection design, the device passes stringent functional, safety, EMC, and high-low temperature testing.
