Water droplets and particulate contamination directly affect injection-system components and are critical for modern common-rail systems that demand high fuel quality. MANN+HUMMEL fuel pre-filters reduce water and particle ingress before the feed pump in the low-pressure circuit, protecting downstream injection components. Inline variants are available with optimized pressure loss and high flow rates.

WAVELOCK
The WAVELOCK bayonet interface provides a quick, clean and tool-friendly connection for liquid-filter servicing, reducing downtime and contamination risk during maintenance.

PreLine Flex
The PreLine Flex product family offers a modular cartridge design that increases flexibility and simplifies inventory management. Options include multiple filter heads, a range of filter media and accessories to tailor water and particle protection to application requirements.
