Product overviewFilters for tooling machines from MANN+HUMMEL are designed for use in tool and mould making, providing effective particle removal for grinding, lapping, honing, ECM and EDT/EDM processes. Available as PF 15 and PF 34 filter elements, with optional stainless steel housings for demanding environments.
Performance and durabilityHigh dirt-holding capacity and efficient particle separation reduce contamination-related wear and rework. These filters protect hydraulic and process circuits, help maintain surface quality of workpieces and contribute to lower total cost of ownership by extending service intervals and minimising unplanned downtime.
Materials and optionsProFluid+ and other corrosion-resistant media are available to suit different fluids and pressures. Large effective filtration area enables high performance in a compact footprint. For corrosive or sanitary applications, PF elements can be installed in stainless steel housings (1.4301 / 1.4404).
Product benefits- Impregnated filter media for high pressure and fluid compatibility
- Choice of filter media (mixed fiber, synthetic, cellulose) according to fluid and application
- Corrosion-resistant elements and optional stainless steel housings
- Long service intervals due to large filter surface area
- Manufactured in compliance with RoHS and REACH
