MAXIMATOR pipe line filters provide excellent service in high-pressure applications to filter process fluids. An innovative cup design is available for use in applications requiring filtration of a high surface area with filter element of size 1 micron. The cup design maximizes the filtration surface area to the tune of six times the area of regular disc type filters. At the same time, it maximizes flow rates, minimizes pressure dips and increases the working life of filter elements. Filter elements are available in sizes of 5, 30 and 56 microns and can withstand temperatures of -60˚F to 660˚F (-50°C to 350°C). They are very easy to replace. The filters are manufactured in 316 stainless steel, including body, cover and cover gland while the filter element is in 300 stainless steel.
