Expanded PU and Mass are sound-insulating materials composed of two layers of self-extinguishing polyurethane foam, with an elastomeric high-density layer in between, which makes the material both sound-absorbing and soundproofing. An adhesive version with water-based acrylic glue is available upon request. Expanded PU has the following properties: Material: Expanded polyurethane Color: Anthracite gray, other colors available upon request Density: 25 kg/m³ ± 10% Operating temperature: -20°C to +100°C Fire reaction: UL 94 HF1 Available formats: Sheets, plates (also adhesive), round shapes, and die-cut to design Thicknesses: 20-25-30-50 mm For the Mass: Color: Anthracite Weight: 3.6, 4, 8, 10 kg/m² ± 10% Operating temperature: -40°C to +90°C Fire reaction: Does not propagate flames – Euroclass E METALWORKING PACKAGING
