Overview
The YK22 series of gear milling machines is designed for bevel and spiral bevel gear processing across multiple industrial sectors. It supports a wide range of module sizes and workpiece diameters, making it suitable for production in automotive, aerospace, new energy, precision machinery and other industrial applications.

Control system & accuracy
Equipped with the SIEMENS 828D CNC system as standard. FANUC and domestic control systems are available as options. Machined workpieces can achieve accuracy up to GB grade 6–7.

Models & functionality

• YKH model: 4-axis CNC machine allowing programmable hobbing, gear dividing, axial feed and cutter speed for optimized processing of small-module bevel gears.
• YK model: 3-axis CNC spiral bevel gear milling machine with a cradle-type structure for high structural and transmission rigidity, ensuring stable machining accuracy and long service life.

Standard equipment
Includes full guards, automatic chip conveyor and an independently sealed electrical control cabinet.
