Product descriptionPress welded grating MEISER with perforated sheet for close-meshed safety. When standard press welded grating cannot achieve sufficiently small mesh widths for technical reasons, perforated sheet strips welded between the bearing bars allow production of a close-meshed grating with a maximum aperture of 8 mm. This provides a cost-effective solution to prevent passage of small parts while retaining welded-grating construction. This grating corresponds to Spanish standard no. 486/1997 (BO 23 April 1997, no. 97/1997).

Accessories / Fixings- Welded-in holed fixing plates: Holed plate welded into the grating according to customer specification; fasteners provided by the installer.
- Double clamp B: Two saddle-top clips, clamp lower part, two hexagon screws and two square nuts.
- Heald-bolt fastener: Head bolts with retaining flange; variants available for highly corrosive environments (e.g. X-BT); pre-assembled X-GR RU on request.
- Grating butt joint: Top and base parts with thread and Allen screw for joining panels.
- Hilti clamp: Saddle top and lower parts connected; high vibration resistance and faster single-person installation.
- Clamp B: Saddle top clip, clamp lower part, M8x60 hexagon screws and M8 square nut.
- Clamp B 10: Stirrup top clip, hexagon socket screw, clip lower part and nut.
- Clamp S: Flat head screw, clamp lower part and square nut.
- Safety clamp A: Safety upper part, clamp lower part, hexagon screw and square nut.
