Slitter Rewinder For Small Batches M160-32 The machine is suitable for re-rolling up to a speed of 150 m/min., for max fabric width of 2.200 mm and for finished batch diameter of 300 mm max. At the unwinder, 1.500 mm diameter batches can be fed. The all-purpose machine has the advantage of both winding onto 76 mm inner diameter cardboard tubes and coreless winding. The batch ends are bonded or sealed by banders, ejected and plaited on a table. This fully automatic machine provides the opportunity of winding up to 7 batches side by side by using a length cutting device. In addition a specially designed transfer unit to the packing station is available. The range corresponds to extremely high safety standards with CE-mark and is easy to handle.
