Slitter Rewinder M160-36 This kind of machine is suitable for rewinding rollers up to a width of 5.000 mm, max roller diameter of 1.200 mm and a max speed of 300 m/min. A width adjustable device for taking up rollers with driven pneumatic tension heads is provided at the unwinder followed by a bonding station with operator's platform enabling a knife adjustment of the length cutting system at the same time. The winder is executed as rising roll batcher with pneumatic pressure roller. An ejection device provides the opportunity of plaiting the finished rollers onto a table.
