Description

Sheet metal bending is performed on iron, aluminum, stainless steel, bronze, copper and brass. Sheet metal bending is a cold working process, in which the mold of the bending machine presses on the flat sheet metal to print the shapes indicated by the customer, which returns flat semi-finished products when performed on metal surfaces (more or less malleable, therefore with the necessary precautions to avoid breakages and cracks). Laser cutting of metal sheets (iron, aluminum, stainless steel, bronze, copper and brass) is an extremely valuable process in the production of semi-finished metal products that absolutely correspond to the specifications requested by the customer, both in terms of technical drawing and for its intended use. The absolute precision in sheet metal working, necessary for superior quality products, is guaranteed by high-tech numerically controlled machinery, adopting extremely innovative solutions such as fiber optic laser cutting (the most efficient type of laser cutting ever). In the production of sheet metal parts, Metalstar 2000 pursues maximum efficiency by carrying out the processes within the same automatic process, also integrating a fiber optic laser for cutting sheet metal parts of any shape.
