The Universal 1200 packaging machine is an open-mouth bagging system which combines high productivity and versatility. Significant production speed: 1200 bags/hour. The machine adapts quickly and easily to different pack sizes and types. It can handle open-mouth and gusseted bags, with or without handles. The maximum sizes are up to 550 x 1,050 mm. The weight range that can be managed is extremely wide: from a minimum of 2 kg to a maximum of 50 kg. These comprise simple sewing, folding, crepe paper, heat/pulse welding and pinch-top. It may be equipped with various dosing and weighing systems, according to the customer's requirements and the type of product to be packed. The most common are sugar, flour, kibble, feed and seeds. The bags pass from the filling zone to the subsequent closure on a special conveyor belt. On top, they are securely guided by a pair of transfer arms, which ensure that the bags are fed into the edge-guide conveyor. The 304 stainless steel construction ensures unmatched durability and reliability. The structural modularity also allows for a variety of mounting combinations, which saves space.
