It is ideal for medium to high production rates, reaching up to 3000 bags/hour in formats from 300 g to 5 kg. Suitable for a wide range of products such as kibble, dried fruits, and snacks, it ensures both speed and accuracy when combined with volumetric dosing units and multi-head weighers, allowing the creation of a fully integrated packaging line. Built in 304 stainless steel, fully accessible, and FDA-compliant, the MF POUCH 3000 ensures hygiene and protection against contamination. Its semicircular discharge system, together with step-by-step motion via brushless servomotor and integrated vibrating devices, guarantees smooth, fast, and precise filling. The closing phase is carried out by multi-stage sealing and cooling stations, ensuring tight and secure packaging. Thanks to its modular design, the machine can be equipped with additional devices such as opening/closing adhesive applicators, markers, and printers.
