Automatic bagging machine for gusseted and non-gusseted open-mouth bags. Ideal for medium production and packaging granular products in a wide range of formats. The IABA 800 S is an open-mouth packaging machine for gusseted and non-gusseted open-mouth bags. Ideal for medium production levels, it can reach outputs of up to 900 bags per hour across a wide range of formats. It can process bags with dimensions ranging from a minimum of 180x450 mm to a maximum of 550x1,100 mm. The materials that can be used include paper, aluminised paper, polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and laminated raffia. Its simple construction and movement make it suitable for any application. It is ideal for medium and high-flowing granular products such as animal feed, rice, grain, malt, and maize. During the bagging process, once the bag has been filled and formed, it is moved from the filling area to the closing area by a specialised conveyor belt. At the top, transfer guides direct the bag into an edge guide belt system - enabling safe handling even for unstable or fluidised products. A touch screen control panel allows effective monitoring throughout the entire process while its fully enclosed stainless steel monobloc structure ensures reliability and durability along with excellent protection against dust emissions in working environments.
