Semi-automatic net or gross weight bagging machine for filling and closing open-mouth bags. Ideal for low-medium production. The DR series bagging machine is a semi-automatic solution that enables the processing of a wide range of products and formats. It can pack both powdery and granular products and form bags ranging from 5 kg up to 50 kg. It achieves a production capacity of up to 300 bags/hour net weight or 150 bags/hour gross weight. In net-weight packaging, the weigher weighs the product using an electronic scale. In gross-weight packaging, the product weighing is carried out by the loading cells. Depending on the type of product, a module can be integrated to allow 1 kg bags to be packed in net-weight mode. Switching from one format to another can be done very easily thanks to the presence of a bag spout that adapts according to the different formats to be produced. The most common products include flour, pet food, milk powder, and plastic granules. It represents an excellent value-for-money choice and allows the operator to manage the process in conditions of maximum safety. Depending on the type of product, it can be connected to different dosing systems: belt, gravity, single or double auger, and vibrating channels. The operator uses the foot pedal. This, at the base of the structure, drives the pistons that support the empty bag and operates the opening of the jaws for the subsequent filling phase. It is a machine made entirely of stainless steel, compact, with a small footprint and therefore easy to place. Depending on requirements, various additional options can be applied.
