Description

Balls refiner model Mill-25 is designed to produce nuts paste and spreads (based with nuts paste) with final consistency about 20-25 micron starting from nuts powder. The batch time depends on recipe and on type ingredients used to infeed the machine. Standard batch time goes from 50 min for nuts paste staring from a nuts powder (about 800 micron) to 90-120 minutes for spreads (depending on the % of sugar in the recipe). Mill-25 main features are: - - Production capacity 10-25 kg/batch. - - Double-jacket tank with water-glycol mixture to set and control working temperature through a chiller-heater installed into the machine frame (is not required connection to water supply). Temperature can be adjusted from 20°C to 80°C - - Tank, shaker arm, ball and all machine components are made in stainless steel. This particular configuration makes the machine washable also with water for deep cleaning and sanitation. - - Shaker arm rotation speed can be adjusted with an electronical inverter. - - Recirculation / unloading volumetric pump with electronical adjustment for the flow-rate. - - Magnetic filter placed on the product recirculation pipe. - - Electrical cabinet on-board with electromechanical components from Schneider Electric, drivers from Omron and PLC from Pixsys (Italian company) - - HMI operator panel with all commands for working cycle control. - - Power consumption: 5 Kw Three-Phases 400V 50 Hz (if necessary machine can be provided with different voltage).
