Cylindrical spring mechanical seal used in refinery processing and petrochemical industry are differently designed depending on rotation direction. Elastomer material includes EPDM, NBR, SILICON and FPM/VITON. Operational parameters range is 25-160mm diameter, 10 Bar Pressure, -50 to 250°C Temperature and speed of 10m/s. Various component are stationary, elastomer stationary, elastomer rotary, rotary and stationement ring, spring and blocking shaft screw. Different materials combination are graphite[G]/silicon[S]/tungsten carbide[T], Nbr[N]/Epdm[E]/Viton[V]/ Silicon[S], Stainless Steel 304/Stainless Steel 316.
