The MTM 4X series offers a wide array of cylindrical spring mechanical seals that are characterized by their double-directional and single-cylindrical structure. Theses mechanical seals are integrated with elastomer bellows and are typically used in all general services machinery possessing low and medium pressure. They are designed in accordance to DIN 24960 standards and are fabricated from either nitrile rubber, viton, graphite, silicon carbide or tungsten carbide to name a few. These springs consist of an elastomer stationary ring, a stationary ring, a rotary ring, an elastomer rotary ring and a spring. They are compatible with surfaces composed of either Aluminum oxide and 316-grade Stainless Steel.
