DIN Rail Mounting Space Saving 3-Channel Design Compatible with Migatron’s RPS-409A-IS, RPS- 409A-IS2 and RPS-409A-IS3 Ultrasonic Sensors ATEX, IECEx, & UL/cUL Approvals The ZSB-409A is a 3-channel, positive polarity zener safety barrier designed for intrinsic safety applications, featuring one 24 VDC channel and two 10 VDC channels in a single, space-saving package. It is fully compatible with Migatron’s RPS-409A-IS, IS2, and IS3 ultrasonic sensors and enables safe operation in hazardous gas or dust environments classified as Zone 0, 1, 2, 20, 21, or 22 under ATEX and IECEx, and Class I, II, or III under UL and cUL. The barrier is installed in a safe area, typically on standard 35 mm DIN rail within a control panel or rack, includes an insulated grounding lead, and is suitable for indoor or outdoor use within its specified ambient temperature range.
