Overview
Milacron manufactures die heads for new-design projects and OEM replacements. Die heads are engineered to maximize extruder output while maintaining product quality and enabling efficient, timely changeovers. Milacron keeps a wide selection of common styles and sizes in stock and provides engineering support to design dies tailored to specific extrusion processes. A Customer Stocking Program is available to minimize lead times and reduce downtime.

Applications and Product Families
Die heads are optimized for PVC and PO solid-wall pipe production. The Genca brand line serves wire and cable extrusion, supporting single- and multi-conductor products, multi-layer constructions, striping options and special shapes.
