Overview
MODU provides a modular conveyor platform for industrial material handling, combining interchangeable aluminium frame components and moulded plastic parts to support conveying, accumulation, elevation and buffering tasks across production and logistics lines.

Plastic Chain

Plastic Belt

• Modular plastic belt conveyors for handling larger or sensitive products, with standardized components for simplified engineering and maintenance.
• White POM belt surface provides a flat, smooth contact area to minimize scratching and facilitate safe handling.
• Designed for integration with new or existing equipment; modular interfaces ease line alignment and changeover.

Spiral Conveyor

• Compact spiral conveyors for continuous elevation or buffering with low maintenance requirements.
• Options include automatic lubrication system (ALS) and tension adjustment to simplify upkeep and installation.

Spiral Conveyor - Functions
Elevation: Continuous upward/downward conveying of cartons, cases, trays and totes with small footprint, high throughput and low noise.
Buffering: Configured to store mass flows of containers (cans, glass) for line balancing.
Conveying: 3D connection concept enables compact elevation and horizontal traversal through complex layouts.
Portal: Single-belt portal reduces product transfers and jam risk; can bridge two spirals.

Accumulation Conveyor

• Table accumulation: Mass buffering using alternating conveyors driven by two gear motors.
• S-accumulation: In-line FIFO accumulation preserving product orientation; sanitary design suitable for pharmaceutical/food environments.
• Alpine accumulation: Multi-layer stacked conveyor buffer for cooling, drying or high-density storage between machines.

Elevating & Lowerating Conveyor

• Elevating and lowering configurations for moving products between levels with options for high speed and payload.
• Gripper conveyor: Dual-conveyor grip system for secure handling at high speeds in packaging and transfer applications.
• Elevator/Lowerator: High-capacity solution for cases, bags and trays; minimizes footprint for palletizing and WIP storage.
• Friction and cleated conveyors: Cost-effective level-change solutions with standardized interfaces for integration.

Conveyor Guide & Support

• Guide rails and adjustable brackets to prevent product fall-off and maintain alignment.
• Standard and overhead support structures with modular construction for stability and mobility when required.
