Description

Overview
NCSIMUL Machine Composites enables realistic, efficient simulation of material lay-up for fiber placement (filaments or ribbons) and filament winding. The module automatically collects machining simulation data such as 3D models, cycle time, cutting conditions and laid-up fiber length.
  • Accounts for initial stock, already laid material and roller position
  • Precise and independent positioning of each fiber within a ribbon

  • Advanced visualization of the complete final-part model with selective layer-by-layer display

NC program analysis

  • Automatically detect program errors: ISO syntax and out-of-range motions
