Overview
COOL MUSCLE 3 is the integrated servo system that combines a stepper motor with required motor-control devices such as a driver, controller and encoder. By removing nonessential features and focusing on core control functions, COOL MUSCLE 3 delivers servo-equivalent motion performance using a stepper motor, enabling high-precision motion control with a simplified configuration and lower system cost.

Control types

  • I/O Type: Up to 8 Motion Data points can be stored. Stored motions are selected and triggered by PLC I/O signals.
  • Pulse Type: Controlled by pulse signals from a PLC. CM3 provides ABZ output so it can replace existing pulse-control systems without changing the host setup.
